A step-by-step tutorial on how to manually adjust your Evolution D5 golf cart's steering wheel.

Is the steering wheel of your Evolution D5 golf cart crooked? or maybe it feels like the steering is a little off? Here is how to adjust the steering wheel yourself to avoid forking out unnessary cash to get it fixed.



Step 1:

Grip the top of the center piece in the steering wheel and tug it straight back. It should pop open and expose the red and black wire, as shown in the photos above.


Step 2:

Grab a drill with a 17mm socket and unscrew the nut from the center of the steering wheel.

Step 3:

Pull the wheel out towards you, rotate it to the correct orientation, then pop it back on.



Step 4:

Lightly screw the nut back on, then use the drill to tighten it. Afterwards, Pop the center piece back on. You will feel it click in place.
